Amanda in Gastown - Sirui 35mm Lens Test

I shot this as a lens test for a SIRUI anamorphic lens. Anamorphic lenses squeeze a wider view onto the camera sensor, resulting in a wider aspect ratio when desqueezed. They also tend to produce unusual flares (just ask J.J. Abrams), stretched bokeh, and imperfections that give footage a vintage, cinematic feel.
